For more than three years, Peregrine Women's Ski Team has been creating opportunities for ambitious female alpine ski racers to pursue their dreams at the highest level of the sport.

Founded as a female only team, Peregrine was built on the belief that talented athletes deserve an environment where they can develop both as skiers and as individuals. We have learned that every athlete's journey is unique. By combining individualized coaching, training and long term planning within a supportive team environment, we create the conditions for each athlete to maximize her potential.

Today, Peregrine brings together athletes from multiple nations and provides a professional, international environment focused on performance, development and long term success. Our athletes compete across the highest levels of alpine ski racing, including FIS, European Cup and World Cup competitions.

Our mission extends beyond sport. Supporting young women in alpine skiing is not only an investment in athletic performance, but also in future female leaders. Competitive sport develops resilience, confidence, discipline and leadership skills that remain valuable throughout life. We believe that when talented women are given the right opportunities, they can achieve extraordinary things both on and off the mountain.
