Base
Kläppen, Sweden.
Kläppen is more than our training base. Throughout the winter, it becomes our home.
Kläppen serves as the winter training base of Peregrine Women's Ski Team. During the season, our athletes live together in two team houses in Transtrand, just ten minutes from the slopes. Living together creates a structured environment where training, recovery and everyday life become part of the same journey.
The team has access to a dedicated training slope in Kläppen, providing consistent, high quality on snow training throughout the winter. Having reliable access to our own training environment allows athletes to focus on long term development and make the most of every training day.
Kläppen's location also provides easy access to several of Scandinavia's leading ski resorts and training venues, including Trysil, Stöten and Lindvallen. This gives us the flexibility to adapt training to different disciplines, weather conditions and the individual needs of each athlete throughout the season.
Athletes and coaches travel together to training sessions and competitions in the team's two minibuses, creating an efficient structure throughout the season while strengthening the relationships that define Peregrine on and off the mountain.
