Matias Eriksson, alpine ski coach at Peregrine Women's Ski Team

Matias Eriksson

For more than twenty years, Matias has dedicated his career to developing alpine skiers at the highest level. Before joining Peregrine, he spent two decades with the Swedish National Team, coaching athletes to four Olympic gold medals while helping shape modern Swedish alpine skiing.

Now entering his fourth season with Peregrine, Matias continues to bring the same passion to every athlete he works with. His calm presence, deep technical knowledge and genuine commitment to long term development have become a defining part of our team. He challenges athletes to improve every day while creating an environment built on trust, confidence and consistency.

Johan Malmgren, alpine ski coach at Peregrine Women's Ski Team

Johan Malmgren

Johan is entering his second season with Peregrine and brings an energy that is impossible to miss. Every training session reflects his enthusiasm, curiosity and commitment to helping athletes improve.

Before joining Peregrine, Johan coached within the Chinese National Team programme and served as Head Coach at Sollentuna SLK, one of Sweden's leading alpine ski clubs. His coaching combines attention to detail with an infectious drive that motivates athletes to push themselves while enjoying the process. He brings positivity, ambition and a constant belief that there is always another level to reach.
